The tracking is sent in an email as soon as it ships! Contact USPS or UPS with any shipping issues.

Craft coffee is part of a new wave of coffee roasting and serving. We expertly roast using specialty grade, ethically sourced green coffee.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT?

There are thousands of other coffee companies, but we focus on roasting incredible craft coffee, while making it approachable. We consider ourselves the subculture gateway to craft coffee! 

WHY COMIC ARTISTS FOR BAG ART?

We are huge fans of comic artists, one of us a published comic writer, so we like treating our bags as if they're comic covers. They draw attention online, in grocery stories and it's fun supporting artists. We pay immediately and let them do their thing without a million edits.

Same day shipping Monday through Friday if you order before 10am EST.

MY MUG BROKE IN THE MAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

OOPS I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT NOW?

Rootless will not cover the shipping cost if addresses are inputted improperly or addresses change without our knowledge. We cannot cancel orders or refund any perishable items (coffee) once they have been shipped. If you catch us before the order is shipped we can update the info.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE?

Route Insurance is a great way to protect your package from any unexpected damage, loss, or theft. It makes the claim process super easy and will process a replacement order. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Rootless is not able to refund or replace packages that are missing or presumed stolen. This happens more than you think and Route is a very inexpensive way to ensure/insure (get it?) that you are covered. It's like $.98 and well worth it. 

HOW LONG SHOULD NEWLY ROASTED COFFEE SIT BEFORE I DRINK IT?

We let our coffee degas for three days to ensure quality. Drinking it immediately is not ideal, and sometimes pretty gross. By the time coffee shows up to your house or you pick it up, it'll be ready. Plus, we date the bottom of every bag!

Not all of it is "certified" organic, as it's expensive for farmers to get said certification. But all of it is 100% ethically sourced, and we work with the best distributors.
